For college- and graduate-school bound students, I offer hourly, per page, per word, and per-essay coaching rates, depending on your needs. However, most families with college- and graduate-school bound students find that my college application support packages deliver far better results and value, since they combine feedback, strategy sessions, and multi-draft support into a single comprehensive service.

Hourly Rates
$195 per hour. Sixty minutes can be spread out to meet your needs. For example, you might need a 20-minute Zoom brainstorming session with 20-minutes of critique on your draft, with a 20-minute follow-up discussion to plan your final revision. For college applicants, this choice is my most popular outside of the packages.
$250 per hour for rush (24-48-hour turnaround) or special cases. For example, you might want 30 minutes of critique this afternoon followed by 30 minutes of live feedback via Zoom.
“When billed hourly, my rate is $195/hr. But my packages are designed to give you far more support at a lower effective rate. For example, the Standard Package delivers 6+ hours of personal coaching and revision support — the equivalent of over $1,170 in hourly time — for just $950.”
By the Page (250-300 words per page)
Editing/written feedback only: $150/page
Full coaching (live Zoom support + written feedback): $250/page
Rush (24-48 hour turnaround with live Zoom support + written feedback): $300-$350/page
By the Word
Editing/written feedback only: $0.75/word
Example: editing and written feedback on a 650-word essay is $375.
Full-service coaching (Zoom support + written feedback): $1.25/word
Example: full-service coaching on a 500-word essay is $625
